It seems that the hotel is understaffed, resulting in longer wait times for check-in and slow service at the pool bar. This lack of personnel can be frustrating and can negatively impact the overall experience for guests looking for efficient and timely service.

This resort has a great sports bar with amazing service and a variety of drinks to choose from. the location of the resort is also fantastic, as it is near a beautiful public beach with crystal clear waters. the rooms are comfortable with great housekeeping service and the bathrooms are spacious and clean. the breakfast is also quite good with a variety of options to choose from.

The butler service needs improvement and is not very reliable, as guests have reported in the past.

Beautiful views, friendly staff, nice pool My partner and I were seeking a romantic escape and we decided to stay in this boutique resort. the views are breathtaking, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. the pool area is also excellent, providing a chill atmosphere; we spent most of our time there. the shuttle service to the nearby beach was a plus, and the location is great for those who seek a gated community with luxury features.

Poor room quality, overpriced, limited dining options Unfortunately, we had a lot of issues with our room, including leaking air conditioning. Despite the friendly staff, the hotel's prices were overinflated, and the overall value for money was poor.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superb, with easy access to the main beach, the marina, and many other places. The cleanliness of the hotel was on point, and the facilities were great. We especially loved the swim-out pool in our spacious and cleaned daily room. The staff were attentive, warm, cute, and enthusiastic, making us feel well taken care of. The food was awesome, with the food services staff, particularly executive chef Virginia, going above and beyond to accommodate our gluten-free diet. They even prepared gluten-free pancakes for us one morning. This was by far the best all-inclusive resort we've been to for gluten-free meals. We highly recommend this hotel to others.

The staff members are friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay for all. Additionally, the hotel offers a gym with cardio machines and free weights, as well as entertainment options such as a magic show and excursions.

We loved the location of this hotel, being both close enough to the beach and very close to the marina. The beach we were taken to was beautiful and not too crowded. The hotel facilities such as the big pool outside the room were great for relaxation and the excellent view from the room was amazing. The staff, especially the lady at the lobby, were very friendly and provided excellent service. Breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from.

The swim-up suite I stayed in was very nice, and the main pool area and beach were also great. The resort grounds were meticulously maintained. The food and drinks were consistently excellent, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Alsol Tiara Cap Cana for a vacation spot! I can't wait to return!

The breakfast and spa were a nice complimentary addition. The location was also convenient for exploring the city since it was close to public transportation. The hotel lobby had a stylish and modern decor that was pleasing and welcoming.

The noise level was unbearable. The walls were paper thin and you could hear everything from the neighboring rooms.

We had an incredible luxurious stay at this hotel. the exclusive amenities fulfilled all of our needs. the friendly and attentive staff made us feel relaxed and pampered. the Spa & wellness center with sauna, outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi provided the ultimate relaxation experience. the beach access was easy and the massage at the spa center was amazing. We loved the restaurant and bar/lounge area, especially the espresso machine and the lobby bar. the private facilities were clean and comfortable.

the coffee bar closing at 6 pm was a small inconvenience, as we would have loved to enjoy a latte on the deck after dinner.
